On the agenda: your workflows (quotes, invoices, emails, scheduling, inventory), repetitive tasks, your data and compliance rules, and what already exists and can be connected. At the end: a costed action plan, expected gains, and priority order. Via video call or on-site.

Frequently asked questions
On site or by video call?
Both. Diagnosis, audits and support work perfectly well over video call. Workshops are best done on site. Based in the Var: travel is free within a 40 km radius; beyond that, we do video calls, or travel costs are quoted in the estimate.
Where should I start?
With a free discovery call. In thirty minutes, we'll know whether AI has something to offer you, and where to start. Often, the answer fits in a single sentence.
Does my data go to outside services?
Never without your consent, and never with customer data or trade secrets without a clear framework. Depending on the case, we choose a service hosted in Europe or a model that runs on your own machines. That's one of the points covered in the diagnosis.
Do you offer training?
Yes: the AI workshop for teams (3 hours, up to 8 people) and the digital best practices workshop (2 hours, groups of 3 to 5). Each participant receives a handout.
Why a NAS rather than the cloud?
A NAS is your own cloud, at your place. No subscription, no files stored with a big platform, and your backups run on their own. Remote access is still possible, but you hold the keys.
